SEARCHING FOR ACCOMMODATIONS
In a few steps you can reserve accommodations for your holiday. In order to find accommodations that best suit your needs and wants you can use the search tool on our website. You can conduct a search based on destination, type of accommodation and/or name of the apartment.
CHOICE OF ACCOMMODATION UNIT
In order for you to easily choose the type of accommodations that best suit your expectations we have prepared details on each accommodations unit and its surroundings. Alongside each unit you will find a detailed description of the characteristics and a large number of photographs. In addition, alongside each building you will find the accommodation units located in it, e.g. rooms or apartments and a detailed price list.
Choose the unit you would like to stay in and click on the “upit / rezervacija” (request / reservation) button to send a message to which you will receive a reply within 24 hours, either confirming availability or with an alternative offer.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR OFFERING ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
WHAT WE OFFER
DI TOURS guarantees accommodation services according to the information stated on www.di-tours.com, according to the description, price and availability and in accordance with the confirmed reservation.
CATEGORISATION AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The accommodation units are described according to official categorisation and based on an on-site visit to the actual building. Guests can enter the accommodations units from 14h onwards; upon their departure guests must vacate the accommodation unit by 10h. Pets are allowed only at accommodations units which specifically state that pets are allowed at an extra charge.
Prices include: weekly change of bed linens, toilet paper (only on the day of arrival), use of water, electricity, gas and final cleaning. Guests are required to leave the apartment in the state that they found it in.
ACCOMMODATION PRICES
Accommodation prices include basic services as described alongside the accommodation unit in the reservation area. Prices of accommodation units are stated in EUR but are calculated in KUNAS according to the relevant price list. DI TOURS reserves the right to change prices in the case of a change in the exchange rate.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Requests and accommodation reservations can be sent by email, fax, in writing or personally at DI TOURS. When confirming their reservation guests must confirm that they are aware of these General Terms of Accommodation Services and that they accepts them in their entirety. In order to reserve accommodations it is necessary to pay a deposit; the remainder of the amount MUST BE PAID ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
In the case of cancellations of confirmed reservations, the date of receipt of a written cancellation notice represents the basis for the calculation of cancellation costs as follows:
For cancellations up to 30 days before the commencement of accommodation services, 30% of the deposit is charged
For cancellations between 15-30 days before the commencement of accommodation services, 50% of the deposit is charged
For cancellations between 7-15 days before the commencement of accommodation services, 70% of the deposit is charged
For cancellations up to 7 days before the commencement of accommodation services, 100% of the deposit is charged.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF DI TOURS
The agency is responsible for conducting the service and for taking care of the guests’ rights and interests in accordance to good practices in tourism.
DI TOURS is not responsible for damaged or lost luggage or the theft of luggage or valuables from the accommodation unit.
GUESTS’ RESPONSIBILITIES
Guests are required to provide valid travel documents and respect house rules in the accommodation unit. In cases where guests do not fulfil their responsibilities, they are responsible for any costs and for any damages incurred.
COMPLAINTS
Guests are required to make complaints pertaining to the accommodation immediately in which case the agency will offer him/her vacant alternative accommodations. Should the guest not do so, he/she looses his/her right to complaint.
EPOCA TURIZAM cannot be held responsible for possible climatic conditions, cleanliness and temperature of the sea or similar situations and events which can cause guest dissatisfaction but are not directly linked to the quality of the reserved accommodation unit.
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT OF RESERVATION
Upon written confirmation of the reservation and your payment, your reservation becomes valid.
Reservations can be paid by bank transfer to the following bank account:
Should you make your reservation 60 or more days before your arrival, your payment can be a deposit in the amount of 100 EUR (or by agreement), that is the equivalent in kunas, in order to confirm and reserve your accommodations.
Should you make your reservation up to 21 days before your arrival, your payment must be 30% of the price of accommodations. The balance of the cost will be paid on the day of your arrival.
Upon payment you will receive a voucher as proof of your reservation.
